We are a group of dynamic young people who love organizing events. People usually said Mikkeli is boring. Instead of just sit and complain about it, we make new things happen for us and for people surrounding us by organizing all kind of events. Mostly cultural events.

Play 4 Nature

The event is organized in order to raise awareness about the arctic melting, as nowadays it is a very importnat issue. Check out the video below, as it would give you a better idea on how fragile our planet is, in fact, and how we should cooperate in order to prefent it from being ruined!

For the very first time in Mikkeli, a Play4nature night is here in Mikkelin Olkkari! Our performers have sung several songs in different collaborations while guests enjoyed cookies and coffee. The environmental exibition, with pictures provided by WWF has rised awareness of almost 70 people in Mikkeli, which is already a big thing for such a small city:) As well as that we had a fun questionnaire, with winning team and prizes, check out our FB bage and the gallery below to find out more.

Elderly Event

2DoEvent has always wanted to make a difference as an organization, therefore we have decided to make an elderly event, where everyone could get the chance to understand the importance of helping and caring about the elderly people, and feel their diffuculties.

Trick or treat? We'd say party! Bring your own booze and our bartenders will make you amazing cocktails! This event was organized in co-operation with Vaakuna and Haaja, featuring the Rendel first Finnish superhero movie. Student International Cafe Labra was Transformed into the house of horror, with supernatural creatures inhabiting it. Apart from the music, students of MAMK enjoyed our special Anaconda performance, done by our amazing dancers. There was best costume and superhero competitions, together with the Chaos game where everyone could get a chance to win Vaakuna golden card, drinking tickets and other cool Rendel prizes. The afterparty continued in Vaakuna, where it lasted till 4 a.m. We definitely made this Halloween special, and that would definitely be impossible without you!

We Light It Up until our hearts catch fire! In the Autumn 2014 the Pankelampi beach was full of light in the darkness, and this light was special as it was the light of your dreams! Everyone had an opportunity to buy the lantern and decorate it the way he/she liked! Before the event a "dream" competition was arranged, where everybody could submit a creative picture of a dream in the social media and win a free lantern. Our guests enjoyed spring rolls and hot beverages, while listening to our performers and watching the light of their dreams come true!
